Returns/Exchanges
Are accepted with within 30 days of receiving your order. Create a return request through the site you placed your order (store.ski-doo.com, store.sea-doo.com or store.can-am.brp.com) and follow the instructions. All helmet sales are final. Customer is responsible for all return-shipping. All items returned must be in new, unused and uninstalled condition with original tags attached and/or unopened packaging. Please include copy of the return.
Refunds
Kibo will refund your payment after receipt and inspection of returned item and will be for the amount paid less shipping.

Are accepted with within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us for prior return/exchange approval. All electrical, decals and helmet sales are final. Customer is responsible for all return-shipping. All items returned must be in new, unused and uninstalled condition with original tags attached and/or unopened packaging. Please include copy of the return.
Warranty Policy
Please contact us before shipping a warranty item back. All warranty claims are processed through the product manufacturers and subject to their policies and discretion. If we accept the warranty shipment, Rob's Performance Motorsports will submit your product to the manufacturer for an evaluation. The manufacturer will determine whether the product qualifies for warranty. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
