Position: Powersports Sales SpecialistRob’s Performance Motorsports, the Midwest’s largest Ski-Doo dealer, is accepting applications for a Powersports Sales Specialist. Do you have sales experience? Are you detail-oriented and highly motivated? Start work with us immediately!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Determine customer needs by discussing features and benefits of vehicle options. Provide information necessary to allow customer to make an informed buying decision.
• Maintains awareness of advertised vehicles and promotions
• Participates in special events such as: Snowmobile Shows, Boat Show, Open Houses, Demo Events and more.
• Accurately completes all necessary paperwork required within the selling process
• Prepares the showroom each morning to ensure proper signage is in place and all products are clean, presentable and in sellable condition.
• Sales Specialists commit to becoming a Powersports sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology
• Follow up with prospective customers and return emails/voicemails
• Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Ability to respond to email, phone and texts quickly and efficiently
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• 1 year of Sales experience
• Dealership experience is a plus
• Positive attitude and approach, self-motivation, attention to detail
• Basic computer, email and internet efficiency
• Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
• Weekend availability, as well as some evening hours
• Industry knowledge and enthusiast

Position: Setup Technician
Rob’s Performance Motorsports, the Midwest’s largest Ski-Doo dealer, is accepting applications for a Setup Technician. Do you have experience with Parts and/or Service? Are you detail-oriented and hard-working? Start work with us immediately!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist in the setup and testing of new powersports products (ATV’s, snowmobiles, SSV’s, motorcycles, and watercraft)
• Review vehicles at delivery by performing manufacturer's inspection checklist to ensure proper and accurate delivery.
• Perform dealership’s pre-delivery inspection for each vehicle
• Work with the Service Manager to complete work in a timely manner
• Move vehicles and trailers using a variety of equipment (truck, forklift, tractor, etc.)
• Inspect unit for accuracy against the invoice and note if there are any damages or items missing
• Install Accessories
• Attend training seminars/service courses to remain certified according to dealership standards
• Assist in other duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
• License to operate all vehicles in dealership
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Parts or Service knowledge
• Attention to detail
• Ability to read instructions per manufacturer
• Strong technical and OEM product knowledge
• Dealership experience is a plus
• Positive attitude and approach, self-motivation, attention to detail
• Industry knowledge and enthusiast
